SCHOLARSHIP:
- describes the
scholarship initiative that has been undertaken by the ABA Section of Labor
and Employment Law
to attract young minority and women attorneys

mid-winter meetings of the Section's Committee on State and Local Government
Collective Bargaining and Employment Law.
ADVOCATES DAY:

CONSTITUTION:
- outlines the various provisions of the ALRA Constitution including an

DIRECTORY:
- provides a listing of all member agencies and their executive staff; agencies should review
their listing to make sure it is current - report changes to Tom Worley, ALRA Webmaster at

- uses a state matrix as an index to link to information about state and
municipal agencies (municipal agencies are listed under their respective
state); uses a national U.S. button to access a list of federal agencies in
the United States; and uses a Canada button to access a list of federal and
provincial agencies in Canada. Please note that where agencies have a combined ALRA membership, only the primary agency is listed -
information related to a secondary agency can be found within the text of the primary
agency.
GRANTS:
- outlines
procedures and criteria to be used in seeking an ALRA training grant.
LABOR LINKS:
- uses a state matrix as an index to link to websites of state and municipal
agencies (municipal agencies are listed under their respective state);
uses a federal matrix as an index to link to websites of
U.S. federal agencies and a national association; uses a Canadian matrix as an
index to link to websites of federal and provincial agencies in
Canada. 80 websites are currently listed.

time.
LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR:
- links users to Labor Relations Press in order to
purchase a copy of the book that was written by several nationally
recognized experts in public sector labor relations.
The book, Labor-Management Relations in the Public Sector:
Redefining Collective Bargaining, was updated in 1999 and is
endorsed by the Association of Labor Relations Agencies (ALRA).

MINUTES OF ANNUAL MEETING AND
EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETINGS:
- lists minutes of meetings that currently are available for review; minutes
may reflect draft or approved versions of the minutes;
and there is a summary of minutes for 1997-2004.
OFFICERS AND EXECUTIVE
BOARD:
- outlines elected positions in ALRA and lists individuals serving in the
positions including their terms of office
- provides a description of the duties of each office
TRAINING RESOURCES -
SURVEY:
- contains a survey that agencies are encouraged to download and complete
to provide a listing of their current training resources that can be posted
upon the ALRA web page for reference by other member agencies.
