Bernstein, FMCS-U.S. This program is designed for labor and management advocates who want to learn about the most pressing issue in collective bargaining - health care. The program includes a distinguished panel of speakers from Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts, BC/BS National Labor Office, Tenet, and AFT as well as local perspectives provided by leadership of IBT, Joint Council 28 and Allied Employers.
